Warrick Brownlow-Pike’s passion for performing began when he was just two years old. Inspired by Jim Henson’s work, he has always known that it was his destiny to work with puppets. He has worked as a puppeteer and content creator for the BBC Children’s department since 2007. His BBC credits include Ed and Oucho’s Excellent Inventions and Transmission Impossible which he developed from their conception, Get Well Soon, Hacker Time, Bitesize and Spot Bots. He is proud to be the only British Sesame Street Muppet performer and creator and writer of ‘Cookie Monster’s Foodie Truck’ which is currently in its sixth season on Sesame Street. He has been a Sesame Muppet Performer since 2017 and performs Cookie Monster’s best friend, Gonger, a character that he originated on the Sesame/CBeebies Furchester Hotel series and who subsequently moved to the iconic Sesame Street show for Season 48. 

He is a UK Muppet performer when the Disney Muppets hop to this side of the pond and works on many of their projects including their most recent Muppet movie, Muppets Most Wanted.​​

 He was a core performer and a Puppet Captain on Netflix/Henson’s Emmy award winning The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance performing the Chamberlain Skeksis and performing and voicing his Gelfling, Freckles, and Polding servant. He has also ventured outside Children’s TV on the BBC3 show Mongrels performing Marion, in the BBC1 primetime That Puppet Game Show for The Jim Henson Company and Britbox’s Spitting Image.

 Currently, he is performing CBeebies’ Dodge the Dog (BAFTA nominated). Dodge debuted in 2010 and has been on air consistently since then. He has performed with the likes of Tom Jones, Will.I.Am, Rita Ora and Dionne Warwick he also met Adele and performed for the Queen! 

Warrick created and co-writes a show for BBC ALBA called Meaban and Moo, which is in its second season. He also performs Meaban the puffin. He also recently conceived and produced ‘Puppet Aid’ for Children In Need and co-wrote and created ‘Christmas In the CBeebies House’ for CBeebies.Warrick also directs, illustrates and is a character designer.
